Meet Pelin Toledo Seyhan, Project Manager at Limitless DMC
At Limitless DMC, every event, itinerary, and detail is thoughtfully crafted to deliver extraordinary experiences for our clients. But what makes these unforgettable moments possible? It’s the people behind the scenes – talented individuals like Pelin Toledo Seyhan, our dynamic Project Manager. Pelin’s role is central to transforming ideas into realities, ensuring every trip is seamless, immersive, and uniquely tailored. This week, we had the pleasure of catching up with her to learn more about her journey and how she helps create memorable experiences for clients visiting Scotland.
Tell us a little bit about your role?
As a Project Manager, my primary goal is to ensure our clients leave Scotland with unforgettable memories they’ll cherish forever. To make this a reality, I prioritise transforming enquiries into confirmed projects through clear communication and a deep understanding of client needs. Once a project is confirmed, the exciting part begins – coordinating all the intricate details to bring the vision to life.
What do you love about Limitless DMC?
I recently joined Limitless DMC and was immediately excited about the opportunity to be part of a newly established company. The potential for growth is incredible, and with such a talented team of professionals, I’m confident that Limitless DMC is on track for great success in the years ahead.
After a short time here, I’m happy to say my instincts were right. The company culture is truly special, with open communication, flexible working arrangements, and a positive environment that fosters collaboration.
One aspect that stands out is the management’s commitment to social responsibility. They are dedicated to supporting less fortunate communities and making a positive impact through initiatives that uplift and empower those in need. It’s been an exciting journey so far, and I’m thrilled to contribute to the bright future of Limitless DMC.

Walk us through a typical day in your role – what does it look like?
First things first – coffee! Once I’ve had my morning brew, I dive into emails. I aim to reply to all incoming messages within 24 hours, at the latest. A big part of my role also involves preparing itineraries and budgets for new proposals, as well as working through confirmed itineraries.
There are many smaller tasks that come with the job, such as calls with current or prospective clients, preparing detailed itineraries for traveling groups, and gathering availability and pricing from suppliers to finalise proposals.
What inspired you to pursue this career path?
I was inspired to work at a destination management company because of my unique journey as an expat for 25 years, combined with my background in tourism and travel studies. Having worked in the hotel industry for several years, I gained valuable insights into delivering exceptional guest experiences from an operational perspective. Now, I’m excited to be on the other side of the industry – crafting unique, immersive experiences for travellers coming to Scotland.
Living abroad for so long has deepened my appreciation for cultural diversity and the importance of authentic, well-curated travel experiences. Working in destination management allows me to bring together my personal experiences, academic background, and professional expertise to help others create unforgettable memories.
Where would you recommend visiting for anyone organising an incentive trip to Scotland?
Scotland is such an incredible destination for incentive trips – it has something for everyone. From its breathtaking landscapes and luxurious venues and accommodations to its rich history, world-class whisky, and golf experiences, Scotland boasts an unparalleled array of unique and memorable attractions.
One of my personal favourite team-building activities we organise is the Highland Games, a unique Scottish experience! With Limitless DMC, we tailor every detail to match the group’s needs, ensuring every trip is seamless and unforgettable.
What has been your favourite memory so far during your time at Limitless DMC?
Although I’ve only been with Limitless DMC for about six months, my favourite memory so far has to be my week in St. Andrews for the Global Wellness Summit in November 2024. We hosted over 500 people, and it was an amazing event. Meeting incredible people like Wim Hof, the “Ice Man,” was truly a highlight. Receiving heartfelt thank-you notes and appreciation from our client was also priceless. It was a rewarding experience that showcased the quality and impact of our work at Limitless DMC.
What are you looking forward to most in 2025?
In 2025, I’m most excited about the incredible opportunities ahead for Limitless DMC. With many exciting bookings already lined up, I’m looking forward to seeing the growth and success that this year will bring for the company. The team is incredibly talented, and it’s motivating to know that we’re working together to make a significant impact in the industry. With all the momentum we’ve built so far, 2025 is shaping up to be a very promising year, and I can’t wait to see how it unfolds!
